Scheduling and filling out your RX:
To be sure your appliances are delivered on time please be sure to utilize the date wanted box on your prescription forms. Always schedule your appliances to be back in your office 2 days before insertion to avoid your appliances not being there. This greatly adds to our ability to properly schedule your case and to ensure the case is in your office on time. Our standard laboratory schedule is 3 to 5 days in lab. For out of state customers please add 4 days in addition into the number of lab days needed to fabricate your appliances. Rush service is available at no extra charge. We do ask you to give our office a call to let us know so we can assist you in scheduling.
